Advanced Technology: How Adjustable Rotary Pumps Work
Our adjustable rotary pumps feature a smart regulation system that adapts to your engine’s real-time needs:

High-Speed Operation: As engine RPM increases and oil demand rises, the system’s pressure naturally tends to drop. The pump’s adjusting spring automatically moves the stator to shift the driven rotor’s position, increasing the suction chamber’s volume and boosting oil output.

Low-Speed/Idling: When engine speed decreases and oil consumption drops, the resulting pressure increase compresses the regulating spring. This moves the stator to reduce the suction chamber volume, preventing unnecessary power loss and maintaining perfect pressure balance.
